Its shearing time again. Doesnt seem 5 minutes since last year. Above is our jon claude having his first haircut at ours. He did behave ok. There was a lot of wool from him i bet he feels better for it. He has been looking after the ladies and has served the Dorsets so hopefully we will have another bunch of lambs in August so that the milk for the cheese keeps coming.
Cheese sales are doing well which is excellent news. Thankyou to all our customers we really appreciate your support.
Four of our cheese are available at Tavistock Farmers market tomorrow and then will be at Crackington Farmers market the weekend after that.
If i think back to when I was making the name of the dairy up and the names of the cheeses it seems years ago however it was still just over a year ago we made our first cheese. It was 2 years ago next month that I made the names up and we were in the process of buying equiptment and sheep to start our new venture.
