An Artsan Sheeps Cheese made in our small dairy - Dizzy Dairy. We are based at Dizzard which is a little hamlet on the coast road between Bude and Boscastle on cliffs of North Cornwall.

We make soft, semi soft and hard cheeses.

Proper Dizzy is a Cheese with a smooth firm Cornish Sheeps Cheese. The Sheeps Cheese has a rich and creamy flavour with a nutty taste. The Cheese is a more tradional and versitile type cheese with the twist of it being a ewe cheese.

We started to milk our ewes mid february and started making our cheese. Proper Dizzy is till in the production stage as soon as its made there will be pictures. The cheese will then be left to mature in our Cheese cave. Once it is ready to eat in the spring time we will update the web site with stock levels for you to order.  

This cheese can be used in Sandwichs, Cooking, with Crackers or just on its own.
