Dizzy Crumble an Artisan Cheese made at our dairy, Dizzy Dairy.  Dizzy Dairy is part of Dizzard Farm in North Cornwall. We are located on the coastal road between Bude and Boscastle.

Dizzy Crumble is part of our range of cheeses. Dizzy Crumble is a moist and crumbly cheese. Dizzy Crumble is a firm yet has a crumbly texture, It has a mild and fresh taste with tangy and citrus after tones. Dizzy Crumble cheese is very veritile and pairs well our chutneys, with Fruits, Crackers and Bread making idea for the cheeseboard.

We began milking our ewes mid February. The picture showDizzy Crumble as a white cheese - 3 days old and as it matures to the yellow cheese which is two weeks old on 28 feb. A picture of the finished product coming soon.

Dizzy Crumble is part of that range. After Dizzy Crumble has matured 2-3 weeks in our Cheese Cave it will be ready for you to order. We will keep you upto date. Please follow the blog for further information.
