Dizzy Dairy an artisan dairy located on our farm, Dizzard Farm on the north coast cliffs between Bude and Boscastle. We are a sheep farm diversifying into Milking Sheep to make sheeps cheese. 

We started milking our ewes mid february. We commenced making cheese a couple of days later. Our Dizzy Ewe is still being made so no pictures as yet but will addd them as soon as they arrive. The cheese will then be matured and ready for you to order.

Part of our range of cheese is Dizzy Ewe. Dizzy Ewe has a firm and compact texture and buttery richness. A Nutty and slighlt tangy with hints of sheeps milk and a pleasant salty undertone. Usues are snacking and savoury dishes. A versitile Cheese which Pairs well with fruits, nuts and Crusty Bread.

Once the Cheese has matured in our Cheese Cave for 1-2 months it will be ready for you to order. We will update you as to when it is ready to order. available at different sizes £30 per KG
