Our cheese varieties are

Dizzy Maid - a soft cheese with a rich creamy texture with a nutty taste. Dizzy has a buttery taste so compliments and pairs well with Bread, fruits like apples and grapes and Crackers. 
Dizzy Crumble - a semi soft cheese
Dizzy Ewe - a hard cheese with a nutty flavour
Dizzy Blue - a blue taste along with a fresh flavour
Proper Dizzy - Our more mature hard cheese - has a smooth flavour

Mix and match - dont want one of each? You want more of one then the other. No problem before purchase email and check availablility of your choice. Total amount of cheese is 1kg. Divide that between your choosen cheeses.
