update
We have been busy since our last update.
Our milking sheep from february have dried up it been good to catch up over the last couple of weeks. So we are on project maintenance. checking and doing any repair jobs in the dairy.
The cheese is still maturing so we still have cheese to sell.
To keep our milk production going we are awiting our ewes to lamb. They are in the barn due to lamb any time now. Once they lamb they will stay with mum for 10 days. Then we start the process of again. Lamb stays with mum during the day then lamb going in barn over night and mum goes in field. In the morning the sheep get mailked and the lambs are returned to mum for the day.
We have put the ram in with the Ewes for Jan/feburary milkers.
