Two days to wait for our rams before they can go swooning the ladies.
Whilst we have a plan for sheep to lamb in February. We need to think about and prepare ewes to go to the ram in february to have more lambs in July to carry on the milking process.
This means our milking ewes only milk 5-6 months a year and then get a holiday with the sea view the rest of the year.
So for romance on valentines day we are busy looking after the next lot of ladies.
We also have our normal sheep I say normal i mean none milkers who will lamb in march/april. I can see alot of lambing going on next year.
