This is our Dizzy Crumble Cheese - this will be the cheese ready first. The yellow one will be 2 weeks old on the 28th and ready at the end march. The white one is 3 days old. You can see what the maturing process does to sheeps cheese. Starts white and changes to yellow. The rind is developing a healthy coat.
This is our Dizzy Maid - its a soft cheese and is 6 days old. starting to gain its white coat.
Our Dizzy Blue - it early for signs of the blue but it should get there.
