Do you use generic lables and then add by hand the batch number, use by date and weight and price? or do you do individual lables. Do you buy your own label printer or have them professionally made? If writing on packaging it has to be edible ink. There is loads to this safe food production behind the scenes that as a consumer we dont always think about.
