Equipted with the qualifications to write a food Haccp plan, A must for environmental health and our business to keep all our customers safe. Its time to start writing this in the background whilst other preparations are ongoing. We wont mention this too much as its not as exciting as pictures of sheep. It is important knowing where your food comes from thats its work going on in the background as we take food safety very seriously.
