Cheese tasting and sales going very well. Some have sold out already and now awaiting them to mature again so I can put them on sale..Balancing what to make versus sales is proving a challenge. Its this maturing lark if you run out you have to wait for the next batch to be ready. 
 
Cheese available 

Dizzy Crumble - available now
Dizzy Ewe- available now 
Dizzy maid - available early May
Dizzy Blue - available early may
Proper Dizzy - available in August

So next challenge is to get better at planning what will run out and when. Um anyone got a crystal ball to hand!

We have listed various sizes now on the web site. If you come to the farm you can taste and buy differing sizes. If you wanto to buy a whole wheel please email me and I will let you know how big the wheels are. They vary usually around 2kg. 


Sheep despite the weather are doing ok they are used to their milking routine now and seem happy enough. The weaned lambs are having a party without mums and the others will be weaned as soon as appropriate to wean. 

So all going well down on the farm.
