Its been a busy time in the Dizzy Dairy parlour. @Dizzard

The parlour has had all new pipes fitted and been services so we are good to go from that prespective. Still awaiting the pasturiser to be fitted and a couple of bits of equiptment.

Environmental health came and visited and are happy with what we have done so far. He commented on all the hard work we have put in so all good so far. Still got a visit once the sheep have strated to be milked so he can watch me make cheese and sign that part of.

The kitchen/dairy  we have created will allow me to increase my sauce, chutney and preserve Business. KTs Kitchen. stipulation not on a cheese making day so that is all good too. Who doesnt love cheese and Chutney!!

The ladies are doing well that had a health check today. you will see colours on the ewes back these ar important info for us in managment. The most important at present is the mark on the neck.  Orange means ewe has been scanned for 1 lamb, Blue means ewe has been scanned for two lambs and yellow means no lamb as yet.
